The CH551G is an 8-bit ADC microcontroller featuring an 8051 core MCU with a clock speed of up to 32MHz. With 16KB of flash memory, it provides ample storage for your programs and data. This USB microcontroller IC comes in a compact SOP16 package, offering ease of integration into your designs.

Designed as a simplified version of the CH552, the CH551G features a 10KB program memory ROM and 512 bytes of on-chip xRAM. It includes UART0 for asynchronous serial communication and supports touch key functionality with 4 channels.
