Job Description: TechTonions.com is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Purchase Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base for electronic components.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Present, promote, and sell electronic components to prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Purchase Management:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms for electronic components.
- Manage the procurement of electronic components according to company needs.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the timely delivery of components and resolve any supply issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the electronic components sector.
- Provide insightful feedback to management to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Customer Service:
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Qualifications:
- Talent Over Degrees: Formal education is not a must. We value talent and hands-on experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and purchase, preferably in the electronics components sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
